As part of our services, participants may interact with photo booths, QR upload systems, live displays, AI-generated experiences, digital message walls, slideshow systems, microsites, and other event technologies.
This policy explains how photos, videos, submitted content, and related information may be collected, processed, displayed, and used during our services and activations.
Participation & Consent
By participating in our experiences, using our photo booths, submitting content, or interacting with our systems, you acknowledge and agree that Cheese Effects may capture, collect, process, display, and use photos, videos, AI-generated outputs, messages, and submitted content for purposes relating to:
- Event operations and experience delivery
- Instant printing and digital sharing
- Live projection and slideshow displays
- LED wall, gallery, microsite, and event screen displays
- Interactive event features and activations
- Marketing and social media content
- Portfolio showcase and internal demonstrations
- Reference materials for prospective clients
- Sharing with the event organiser where relevant
During live activations, submitted content may appear on projection screens, televisions, LED walls, live galleries, microsites, or other event display systems as part of the interactive experience.
AI-Generated Experiences
Some Cheese Effects services may involve AI-assisted technologies that generate stylised, themed, transformed, or enhanced visuals based on participant interaction.
These outputs may be automatically processed and displayed digitally or physically as part of the activation experience.
While reasonable moderation efforts may be implemented for certain activations, AI-generated outputs are computer-generated and may vary in style, arrangement, or interpretation.

Event Organisers & Third-Party Services

Certain services may also integrate with external platforms and providers including cloud hosting systems, QR and microsite platforms, messaging and email delivery services, social media platforms, AI tools, and media processing technologies.
Cheese Effects does not sell personal information, participant submissions, photos, or videos to third parties.
Third-party services operate under their own policies and practices.
Storage & Retention
Photos, videos, submissions, and related information may be temporarily or securely stored for operational, backup, administrative, portfolio, legal, or client-access purposes.
Retention duration may vary depending on event requirements, service type, and operational needs.
Where reasonably applicable, requests for removal or deletion may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
