Digital Event Passport Singapore
Guide attendees through your complete event journey.
Our Digital Event Passport helps event organisers create a structured journey that encourages attendees to visit, explore and complete different stations throughout an event.
Guests register once using their mobile phone and receive their own digital passport. As they move through exhibitions, showcases, activities and interactive stations, they complete each experience and collect digital stamps while tracking their progress.
It is especially suitable for exhibitions, corporate showcases, conferences, summits and other multi-station events where organisers want attendees to experience more of the complete programme.
What Is a Digital Event Passport?
A Digital Event Passport is a mobile web experience designed to guide attendees through different stations, activities and experiences at an event.
Instead of using a traditional paper passport or physical stamp card, each attendee accesses a personalised digital passport on their mobile phone. The passport shows the event stations and records their progress as activities are completed.
Each station can feature a different interaction such as a game, quiz, QR checkpoint, feedback activity or selfie experience. Once a station is successfully completed, a digital stamp is added to the attendee’s passport.
How Does the Digital Event Passport Work?
See how guests use our Digital Event Passport web app on their mobile phones to complete event stations in real time.
Step 1: Register & Access Your Passport

Step 2: View the Event Journey
The passport displays the stations and activities included in the event journey.
Step 3: Visit Each Station
Guests move through the event and visit the designated exhibits, showcases or activity stations.
Step 4: Complete the Activity
Depending on the selected station feature, guests may complete a game, answer questions, scan a QR code, submit feedback or take a selfie.
Step 5: Collect Digital Stamps
Completed stations are recorded and a digital stamp is added to the guest’s passport.
Step 6: Complete the Journey
Guests can view their progress throughout the event and complete the journey once all required stations have been visited.
Event Dashboard & Participation Tracking
Event organisers can access a dedicated dashboard to monitor participation throughout the event.
The dashboard can provide visibility into the number of registered attendees, station participation and overall journey completion, helping organisers understand how guests are moving through the event experience.
